A vegetable grower in Fengkai, Zhaoqing needed a reliable greenhouse to stabilize early-season production and reduce the impact of fluctuating temperatures. Open-field cultivation in the area often suffered from strong sunlight, sudden rain, and cool nights, resulting in uneven crop growth and frequent delays in planting schedules. The client wanted a simple but effective greenhouse that could offer consistent protection while remaining easy to manage.
FANGCHENG supplied a single-span film greenhouse designed specifically for vegetable cultivation. The structure provides strong natural lighting and maintains a warmer environment during cooler periods, helping seedlings and young plants establish more quickly. Side ventilation openings were included to promote airflow and prevent overheating during the daytime. The lightweight film covering keeps construction costs manageable while offering reliable protection from rain and excessive sunlight.
The greenhouse was positioned to optimize airflow and integrate smoothly with the client’s existing irrigation setup. Its straightforward layout made daily work—such as watering, pruning, and harvesting—more organized and efficient. The installation process was completed quickly to allow the grower to begin planting without losing valuable growing time.
After the greenhouse was put into use, the farm recorded more uniform vegetable growth, earlier planting cycles, and reduced losses caused by weather changes. The controlled environment supported healthier plant development and helped the grower achieve more stable and predictable yields throughout the season.
