A grower in Guangxi required a practical greenhouse solution to improve crop stability in a region known for its high humidity, frequent rainfall, and strong seasonal sunlight. Open-field production often faced delays due to unpredictable weather, making it difficult to maintain consistent planting cycles and protect young crops. The client needed a simple, cost-effective structure that could provide reliable shelter while supporting daily vegetable cultivation.
FANGCHENG delivered a single-span film greenhouse designed to perform well in Guangxi’s subtropical climate. The structure offers strong light transmission, creating a bright environment ideal for early growth. The film covering protects crops from heavy rain and intense midday heat, while side ventilation openings help maintain airflow and reduce humidity buildup—an important factor for preventing disease in moisture-prone regions.
The greenhouse layout was planned to match the client’s workflow, ensuring smooth movement for irrigation, planting, and routine field operations. Its lightweight frame allowed fast installation, enabling the grower to resume production with minimal downtime.
Once put into operation, the greenhouse provided a more stable growing environment, reducing the impact of rainstorms and temperature swings. The grower reported more uniform crop development and improved planting schedules, achieving better seasonal yields with greater reliability. The project demonstrated how a straightforward single-span design can offer significant benefits for small and medium-size farms in Guangxi.
