Growers in Boluo County, Huizhou needed a modern greenhouse solution to improve year-round production. Their previous structures had limited climate control, making it difficult to handle the region’s strong sunlight, heavy rainfall, and high humidity. Poor ventilation often caused heat buildup during sunny periods, while excessive moisture in the rainy season increased the risk of fungal diseases. These unstable conditions led to inconsistent crop growth and reduced overall yield reliability.

FANGCHENG designed a customized multi-span film greenhouse to address these challenges. The new structure featured reinforced steel framing for durability, increased roof height to enhance natural convection, and a combination of ridge and side ventilation systems to improve airflow. High-transparency film materials ensured better light distribution, while optional shading and insulation layers helped stabilize temperature changes throughout the year. Upgraded drainage channels and insect-proof screening further improved the planting environment.

Once completed, the greenhouse delivered a much more stable and productive microclimate. Temperature and humidity became easier to manage, disease pressure decreased, and plants grew more uniformly across the entire structure. Growers reported higher yields, improved crop quality, and greater confidence in maintaining consistent production through all seasons.
