GreenHouse Structures Built For Performance

Small Sawtooth Greenhouse Installation in Gaoming, Foshan

A grower in Gaoming, Foshan was looking for a greenhouse that could perform well in the area’s hot and humid climate. The main issue they faced was heat buildup inside traditional structures, which often led to weak airflow and inconsistent crop development. They needed a design that could improve natural ventilation without adding high operational costs.

FANGCHENG recommended a small sawtooth greenhouse, a structure known for its efficient airflow pattern. The angled roof allows hot air to rise and exit through the upper openings, while cooler air enters naturally from the lower sides. This continuous movement helps lower temperatures and creates a more balanced environment inside the greenhouse.

The greenhouse was built with a reinforced frame suitable for local weather conditions. High-transmission film ensured that crops received strong, even light throughout the day. Because of the compact footprint, the greenhouse fit well into the client’s existing layout without interrupting ongoing production.

Once the greenhouse was put into use, interior temperatures dropped noticeably during peak hours. Humidity levels became easier to manage, reducing the risk of disease. The grower also observed more uniform crop growth and smoother daily management thanks to the improved airflow and brighter working environment.

The project provided the client with a simple, efficient, and low-energy solution that matched the climate challenges of Gaoming and supported more stable year-round production.
