In Panyu District, a local livestock farm was looking for a way to modernize its production environment as weather fluctuations increasingly impacted daily operations. The area’s warm, humid climate made animals prone to heat stress, while sudden rainfall often disrupted feeding and cleaning routines. The client needed a housing solution that could maintain a cleaner, drier interior and offer better environmental consistency throughout the year.

FANGCHENG recommended a livestock greenhouse designed specifically for regions with high humidity. The structure features an elevated roofline to enhance vertical airflow, combined with wide openings along both sides to strengthen natural ventilation. The film covering was selected for its balance of durability and light transmission, creating a brighter interior that remains protected from external weather. Unlike traditional sheds, the greenhouse layout allowed the client to reorganize space more efficiently and streamline animal management.

Once the greenhouse was in operation, the farm observed a significant reduction in moisture accumulation, quicker drying after cleaning, and more stable interior temperatures during hot afternoons. Animal activity levels improved, and overall health indicators became more consistent. The new setup also reduced weather-related downtime, helping the farm maintain productivity even during unfavorable seasons. This project provided the client with a more controlled, resilient, and labor-efficient livestock environment.
