A grower in Chashan, Dongguan planned to upgrade their greenhouse facility for vegetable and seedling cultivation. However, the region’s intense summer sunlight and high temperatures made it difficult to maintain a stable growing environment. Conventional film greenhouses often overheated, causing leaf burn and inconsistent crop development.
FANGCHENG provided a customized solution: an electric external shading multi-span film greenhouse. The motorized shading system automatically adjusts according to light intensity, effectively reducing heat load. The multi-span structure offers larger internal space and improved airflow, while the film covering keeps the overall investment cost-effective without compromising light quality. The entire project was delivered smoothly from design to installation.
After completion, the greenhouse interior temperature decreased by 4–7°C, light became more diffused and uniform, and seedlings grew more consistently. The customer achieved stable year-round production and improved economic returns.
