Growers in Huadu District needed a greenhouse that could better cope with the region’s strong sunlight and frequent rainfall. Their previous structures had limited ventilation capacity, causing heat buildup during sunny periods and excessive humidity during the rainy season. These unstable conditions affected crop growth uniformity and increased the risk of diseases. They required a structure with improved airflow and climate stability to support year-round production.

FANGCHENG recommended a small saw-tooth multi-span film greenhouse designed specifically to enhance natural ventilation. The saw-tooth roof allowed hot air to escape efficiently, while the combination of ridge and side vents improved airflow throughout the entire structure. High-transparency film materials ensured sufficient light transmission, and an upgraded drainage system reduced humidity-related issues during heavy rains. Anti-insect screens and structural reinforcements further improved the greenhouse’s reliability and usability.
After installation, the greenhouse maintained a much more balanced internal climate. Temperatures stayed lower during hot days, humidity was easier to control, and crops grew more uniformly. Growers reported fewer disease problems, more stable yields, and a clear improvement in overall production efficiency.
