A grower in Chaoyang District, Shantou needed a greenhouse solution that could handle the area’s coastal climate, where strong sunlight, high humidity, and sudden shifts in temperature often affected crop growth. Traditional structures on the farm struggled to maintain a stable environment, leading to inconsistent yields and higher management pressure. The client wanted a more reliable setup that could support year-round production and improve crop uniformity.

FANGCHENG provided a multi-span film greenhouse designed to work efficiently in humid coastal regions. The connected-span layout created a larger interior space with better airflow, helping reduce heat buildup during hot afternoons. The film covering allowed sufficient natural light while offering protection from wind and excessive radiation. Side ventilation was included to support continuous air movement, which is essential for preventing humidity-related issues in Shantou’s climate.
During construction, the greenhouse was positioned to maximize cross-ventilation and integrate smoothly into the client’s existing production system. The reinforced frame ensured stability against coastal winds, and the interior layout was arranged to accommodate irrigation lines and daily workflow needs.

After the greenhouse was put into operation, the grower reported improved temperature balance, healthier crop development, and fewer setbacks caused by weather changes. The more controlled environment allowed the farm to plan planting cycles with greater confidence, ultimately enhancing overall productivity in the Chaoyang area.
