A vegetable farm in Baiyun District, Guangzhou needed a greenhouse solution that could improve planting stability and reduce the risks caused by the region’s frequent rainfall and high humidity. Open-field cultivation often faced delays during the wet season, and young crops were easily affected by sudden temperature changes. To maintain steady production and improve crop uniformity, the client required a reliable protected-cultivation structure.
FANGCHENG provided a multi-span film greenhouse designed for intensive vegetable growing. The structure offers wide interior space, allowing the grower to organize planting rows and irrigation systems more efficiently. The film covering delivers high light transmission for healthy plant development while providing essential protection from rain and excessive sunlight. Continuous side ventilation supports air movement, helping control humidity levels—an important factor for preventing leaf diseases in Guangzhou’s climate.
During installation, the greenhouse was aligned to enhance natural ventilation and integrate smoothly with the farm’s existing production layout. The reinforced steel frame gives the structure the strength needed to handle seasonal storms and strong winds common in Baiyun District.
After the greenhouse was put into operation, the farm reported more consistent growth conditions, reduced weather-related interruptions, and improved crop quality. The controlled environment allowed planting schedules to become more predictable, and overall production efficiency increased.
